4. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on season, party size, length of stay, and additional services. Final pricing, taxes, and any local tourist levies are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms are stated in your individual booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation terms vary by property and season. The applicable cancellation policy is communicated in writing before a deposit is taken and forms part of the booking agreement. We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance covering cancellation.
6. Conduct and Property Care
Guests are expected to treat each residence with care and respect, to observe house rules communicated by the property's host, and to comply with all applicable local laws. The agency reserves the right to terminate a stay in cases of serious misuse, with no refund.
7. Liability
ADDRESS by TILIK acts as a representative of property owners and is not liable for events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, regional events, or actions of third-party service providers. Our maximum liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the stay in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photography, copy, design, and the ADDRESS by TILIK name and marks — is the property of the agency or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.
